The oval pendant at the center carries a design that has not changed since 1830. On the front: Our Lady of Grace, arms open, rays of light descending from her hands, the prayer inscription engraved around the border. On the reverse: the crowned M, a cross, twelve stars, two hearts. Every detail cast exactly as it was first requested.

The cross charm that hangs from the clasp is not decoration. It is part of the original iconography — the cross of Christ, present at your wrist alongside the medal, the way it has always belonged.
